By visiting or shopping at the ChatandVision website, you agree to accept and be bound by these conditions of use, as well as any other policies posted on the website, as modified from time to time. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.
ChatandVision Ltd is a trading name with registered offices at Flat/RM 12, 25/F Langham Place Office Tower 8 Argyle Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Through its websites, ChatandVision Ltd offers consumer electronics hardware, software and services.

PLACING AN ORDER
The prices advertised on this Site are for internet orders. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any recommended retail prices used on this Site are based on manufacturers’ suggested retail prices and may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area.
Any reference to savings used on this Site indicates the promotional savings off the recommended retail price and the actual savings will vary depending upon the goods purchased and the date of the transaction.
Please check carefully that all information given is accurate and complete when placing an order.
Payment for all orders must be made in advance by credit or debit card. We accept payment from most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and Skrill (formerly known as MoneyBookers).
While we make every effort to provide accurate information, technical inaccuracies or typographic or photographic errors may occur. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, and/or improvements to the information contained on this Site at any time without notice.
There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Possible circumstances involving cancellation of orders may be limitations on quantities available for purchases or inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
When you place an order to purchase a product from ChatandVision.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
TAX AND DUTIES
In using our services, you authorize ChatandVision Ltd to make arrangements for customs clearance for the products ordered. The responsibility for ensuring that your ordered product can be lawfully imported outside of Hong Kong to your destination country remains with our customers, and any applicable import duties and taxes will be subjected to the recipient. We do not have control over these import duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, hence if you should have any queries regarding your local Customs policies, contact your local Customs office for further information.
Where the price of the goods allows, certain shipments to some countries may include a fee which is borne by ChatandVision, for import of the goods. This will be noted on your shipment invoice.
In the event where customs clearance is required, this will cause delays to the original delivery estimate.
DELIVERY
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in separate shipments. There will not be extra delivery charges for these delivery cases.
Your order should not take any more than 7 to 14 working days to arrive, however, this is not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control. If you have not received your order within 20 working days you should contact our Customer Support team.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
The period in which you can exercise the right to cancel an order is 30 days beginning the day after your goods are received. The cancellation request has to be received by us in writing - by email, or letter. The unused goods (including any accessories which were included in the price of the goods) must be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days after receipt of parcel and customer is responsible for any damage during the transit of the returned goods, (it also applies to products purchased as Christmas presents). We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund. Please note that software packages may only be returned unopened. Should you cancel your order within the cooling off period we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Any cancellation made outside the 30 day "cooling-off" period may not be accepted.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please send the product back to us in the original packaging and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever is your preference. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund if you notify us about the damaged goods after more than 30 days starting the day after receipt of goods.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHATANDVISION BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE FORM OF ANY ACTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTIONS, ALL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, COPYING, OR DISPLAY OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS SITE. In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, ChatandVision will, from time to time, make changes in the Contents and in the products or services described on this Site.
ChatandVision Ltd does not accept liability for any loss caused by delay in the delivery of products ordered.
